This charming and beautiful holiday home is located in Ingarö, only a 25-minute-drive away from Stockholm – with the astonishing surroundings of Swedens east archipelago. The house is sited just at the end of a peaceful road, with a wide green lawn and an all-evening-sunny veranda. All this in a serene nature area with both permanent and holiday homes.

The accommodation consists of 64 m2 of spacious rooms. There are 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the living-room you will find a television and two chaise lounges. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you need: oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and a dish-washer. The main bedroom has a king bed. The smaller bedroom contains two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a hot shower and a water closet.

In front of the house lays a 1500 square meters green lawn fit for any sports or festive activities. The wooden deck in front of the property is perfectly positioned for the afternoon and evening-sun.

The residence is close to the Swedish nature, therefore elk and deer often appear. The nature also provides for berry-picking, mushroom-picking and great hiking grounds for everyone to use because of the profuse Swedish RPA (Right of Public Access).

The nearest beach is located 900 meters away. It has a small sand beach and also an isolated place with cliffs perfectly set for bathing and fishing. Another great beach to visit is Björkviks Havsbad, only a 10-minute-drive away. It offers a shore with sand and cliffs right where Ingarö meets the Baltic Sea.

The nearest grocery store and gas station is located 8 km away in a community named Brunn. There you can find most requirements for food and fuel, but it also provides a sports field, a cider factory and a golf club nearby.

Parts of the movie The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo from 2011, with Daniel Craig as main actor, was filmed on Ingarö in the surroundings of Björkvik.

Start from Stockholm City or the nearest road from the E4 Road 222.

Follow Värmdövägen and then Värmdöleden on road 222 towards Gustavsberg about 20 km. Take the exit on the right towards Gustavsberg / Ingarö. After the exit turn left towards Ingarö on Ingarövägen. Continue through all the roundabouts straight ahead for about 10 km, then some meadows will show on the left side. Get ready to turn left where the signs says Eknäs and Säby. Continue the road for a few kilometers until the sign Östernäs appears and turn left. Continue the road straight for one kilometer until two 70-signs (speed signs) are visible a little further ahead. Get ready to turn right before these signs into "Brudbergsvägen". Once on this path turn right a little further ahead and follow the road and the Summer house will be on the left side of the road almost at the end.
